Anti-MUC1 [HMFG2]
Applications: ELISA IHC IP Fn WB
Reactivity: Human
PMIDs: 24671186, 22543528, 18354214, 17664159, 11278868, 7309278.
Mucin-1 (MUC1) is a membrane protein present on normal human breast epithelial cells and cell lines derived from breast carcinomas. MUC1 is a differentiation marker and specific breast epithelial marker in normal and neoplastic mammary development. It is upregulated in the lactating breast and in carcinomas.

Anti-NCAM [UJ13A]
Applications: IF WB
PMIDs: 2558078, 2481486, 6852977.
Reactivity: Human
NCAM, also known as CD56, is a homophillic binding glycoprotein present on a variety of neural cells including neurons, glia, skeletal muscle and natural killer cells. NCAM has been implicated as having a role in cell-cell adhesion, neurite outgrowth, synatptic plasticity, learning and memory and in the development of the nervous system.

Anti-SGT [6A4]
Applications: IHC IF IP WB
Reactivity: Virus
The small glutamine-rich tetratricopeptide repeat (SGT) containing protein, also known as viral protein U (Vpu)-binding protein, was identified as a host protein that interacted with the non-structural (NS) protein of parvovirus. A subsequent study showed that SGT interacts with human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) Vpu and Gag proteins, suggesting that SGT may play a role in HIV-1 virus assembly or release. Recently, it has been shown to interact with the SARS-CoV 7a protein but the biological significance of the interaction between 7a and SGT remains to be elucidated.

Applications: IF WB
Reactivity: Zebrafish
VTN4 is Zebrafish full length IKKγ. Through alignment studies (unpublished), the C-terminal end of IKKγ is conversed across species while the N-terminal is unique to Zebrafish. Thus, the generation of monoclonal antibodies to Zebrafish IKKγ is useful in developmental studies being carried out in Zebrafish model.

Anti-M1 [1G1A12]
Applications: ELISA IF Fn WB
PMID: 25666762
Reactivity: Virus
The matrix 1 (M1) protein of the influenza A virus forms a coat inside the viral envelope and is the most abundant protein in virions. The M1 protein of influenza A virus has multiple regulatory functions during the infectious cycle and these include mediation of nuclear export of viral ribonucleoproteins, inhibition of viral transcription and a crucial role in virus assembly and budding.

 icon-01_Antibodies.jpg                            Anti-MERS N [9H10]
Applications: IF WB
Reactivity: Virus
A novel coronavirus (termed as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus, SARS-CoV) was the cause of a viral outbreak which caused profound disturbances worldwide in 2003. Most recently, another novel coronavirus has achieved successful zoonotic transmission and been named as the Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV). Anti-MERS N [9H10] can distinguish MERS-CoV from other human coronaviruses.

Anti-NS5B [1A4]
Applications: IF WB
PMID: 25463603.
Reactivity: Virus
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) encodes a polyprotein that is cleaved into at least 10 viral proteins namely E1, E2, core, p7, NS2, NS3, NS4A, NS4B, NS5A, and NS5B. Non-structural 5B protein (NS5B) is HCV’s RNA dependant RNA polymerase and is critical for viral replication.

 icon-01_Antibodies.jpg                            Anti-VTN2 [1A5]
Applications: IF WB
Reactivity: Human Zebrafish
VTN2 is a splice variant of Zebrafish IKKg protein, a transcription factor that activates numerous target genes important in mediating innate and adaptive immunity in mammals. Activation by external stimuli such as TNF leads to the activation of kinases (IKK1 and IKK2) that phosphorylate inhibitory proteins I-κB and their subsequent degradation. IKK1 and IKK2 form the catalytic subunits of a complex which includes IKKγ, the regulatory component (also known as NEMO). Mutations in NEMO are the cause of the human disorders incontinentia pigmenti and ectodermal dysplasia (ED-AID).

Anti-MTBP [2C1G6]
Applications: WB
Reactivity: Human Mouse
MTBP is an MDM2 binding protein that alters p53/MDM2 homeostasis and may contribute to metastatic suppression. Recent studies have demonstrated that loss of MTBP expression in samples that are p53 positive and have low MDM2 is significantly associated with reduced patient survival in Squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN).

icon-01_Antibodies.jpg
Applications: IHC WB
Reactivity: Human
Von Willebrand factor (vWF) mediates platelet adhesion to injured endothelium, the first step in hemostasis, and helps maintain factor VIII levels. When vWF is deficient, patients have a bleeding disorder called von Willebrand disease (vWD).

Anti-SPATA2L [Z2P2D5*C8]
Applications: ELISA IHC WB
Reactivity: Human
SPATA2L belongs to the SPATA2 family. The exact function of SPATA2L is not known. There are two different isoforms.

icon-01_Antibodies.jpg
Anti-SPATA2 [Z1P1F10*F12]
Applications: ELISA IHC WB
Reactivity: Human
Spermatogenesis-associated protein 2 (SPATA2 or PD1) was isolated in testis, suggesting a role in the regulation of spermatogenesis. More recent evidence indicates that this protein may have a broader function, including a role in pancreatic beta-cell function.

Anti-hnRNP-K (isoform1) [N10 P2D3*G2]
Applications: IHC WB
Reactivity: Human
The heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein K (hnRNP K) is a nucleic acid-binding protein that serves as a docking platform integrating transduction pathways to nucleic acid-directed processes. This protein has recently emerged as an important player in carcinogenesis process. HnRNP K is overexpressed in several human cancers and its aberrant cytoplasmic localization has been associated with a worse prognosis for patients, suggesting that it has a role in cancer progression.
