Reactivity: Human
PMID: 23288039
APC11 is the catalytic subunit of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex that controls progression through mitosis and the G1 phase of the cell cycle.

PMIDs: Summer 2016 PLA2R is the major auto-antigen in the autoimmune kidney disease, membranous nephropathy. Detection of PLA2R antigen by IHC in the immune complexes present in the glomerular basement membrane is used as a diagnostic marker for the disease. PLA2R acts a tumour suppressor protein and it is associated with cell senescence and differentiated cells.

PMIDs: 21939396, 20637030, 11348454, 2354110
Reactivity: Human Type VII Collagen is found in anchoring fibrils at the dermal-epidermal junction. Type VII collagen is defective in Recessive Dystrophic Epidemolysis Bullosa (RDEB). LH7.2 can be used for differentiating invasive from non-invasive melanoma through clear visualisation of appearance and integrity of epidermal basement membrane and diagnosis and antenatal diagnosis of RDEB.

PMIDs: 8589614
LHM3 can be used in a diagnostic panel for immunopathology of malignant melanoma. Potential candidate for immunoimaging and immunotherapy of disseminated melanoma.
|
|
Applications: FACS IHC
Reactivity: Human PMID: 3257923
UCH-B1 antigen (85kD) is detected on a sub-population of B lymphocytes, probably related to stage of activation or maturation. UCH-B1 may be useful for differential diagnosis of B cell leukaemias and as a marker of prolymphocytic leukaemia.

The c-Myc and N-Myc oncogenes are members of the Myc family of transcription factors that regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis. c-Myc is expressed in proliferating tissues and increased c-Myc expression is found in many cancers. N-Myc is amplified in a proportion of neuroblastoma patients.

Anti-SARS Nucleocaspid [6H3]
Applications: IF WB
Reactivity: Virus Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) genome encodes for four major structural proteins, namely nucleocaspid (N), spike (S), membrane (M) and envelope (E).

|
CXCL16, a newly discovered CXC chemokine, exists both in a transmembrane and a soluble form. The membrane bound chemokine act as a ligand for CXC chemokine receptor (CXCR) 6 which is expressed by peripheral blood leukocytes.

|
Anti-CD3, Recombinant [UCH-T1]
Applications: FACS WB
Reactivity: Human Original hybridoma first published in PMID 6788570.
Anti-CD3, Recombinant [UCH-T1] is a recombinantly produced version of the popular anti-CD3 mouse monoclonal.

Anti-ERO1-Like Alpha [V23P3C9*H2]
Applications: ELISA IHC WB Reactivity: Dog, Horse, Human, Mouse, Pig, Rat, Sheep. ERO1-Like Alpha is thought to be an oxidoreductase involved in disulfide bond formation in the endoplasmic reticulum.

Syndecan 4 is a transmembrane (type I) heparan sulfate proteoglycan that functions as a receptor in intracellular signaling. It is found as a homodimer and is a member of the syndecan proteoglycan family.
|
|
Expressed in lymphoid organs and dendritic cells. Expressed in lung. Up-regulated in carcinomas of the esophagus, colon, rectum, ureter, stomach, breast, fallopian tube, thyroid and parotid tissues.
|
|
BOP1 is a component of the PeBoW complex, which is required for maturation of 28S and 5.8S ribosomal RNAs and formation of the 60S ribosome.
|
|
TNFRSF18 is the receptor for TNFSF18. It seems to be involved in interactions between activated T-lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T-cell receptor-mediated cell death.
