	Anti-CD11a [BU85] Applications: IHC Reactivity: Human PMID: Leucocyte Typing IV, (1989) CD11A encodes the integrin alpha L chain. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of alpha and beta chains.
	Anti-CD139 [BU30] Applications: FACS IHC IF IP Reactivity: Human PMID: Leucocyte Typing VI, (1998) CD139 is found on peripheral blood B cells, moncytes and granulocytes, and is weakly expressed on erythrocytes.
	Anti-CD18 [BU86] & [BU87] Applications: FACS IHC Reactivity: Human PMIDs: 10431789, Leucocyte Typing VI, (1998) The CD18 protein is the integrin beta chain beta 2. Integrins are integral cell-surface proteins composed of alpha and beta chains.
	Anti-CD21 [BU35], [BU79], [BU80] & [BU81] Applications: FACS IHC Reactivity: Human PMIDs: 9737663, 9737663, 1905057 Cluster of differentiation 21 (CD21) is a protein involved in the complement system and binds to iC3b (an inactive derivative of C3b).
	Anti-CD22 [BU59] Applications: FACS IHC Reactivity: Human PMID: Leucocyte Typing V, (1995) Cluster of differentiation 22 (CD22) is a sugar binding transmembrane protein belonging to the SIGLEC family of lectins, found on the surface of mature B cells and on some immature B cells.
	Anti-CD44 [BU75] & [BU93] Applications: FACS IHC IF IP WB Reactivity: Human PMIDs: Leucocyte Typing IV, (1989), Leucocyte Typing V, (1995), Leucocyte Typing VII, (2002) The CD44 antigen is a cell-surface glycoprotein involved in cell to cell and cell-matrix interactions, cell adhesion and migration, which it achieves through its affinity for hyaluronic acid (HA) and possibly also through its affinity for other ligands such as osteopontin, collagens, and matrix metalloproteinases.
	Anti-CD45RA [BU82] Applications IHC Reactivity: Human CD45 is a transmembrane tyrosine phosphatase that is present on all leukocytes. CD45RA is an isoform of the CD45 complex which is selectively expressed on B cells.
	Anti-CD55 [BU84] & [BU97] Applications: IHC Reactivity: Human  PMIDs: Leucocyte Typing VI, (1998), 9737663, 1905057 CD55 regulates the complement system on the cell surface. It recognizes C4b and C3b fragments that are created during classical complement pathway and alternative complement pathway activation and indirectly blocks the formation of the membrane attack complex.
	Anti-CD74 [BU45] Applications: IHC Reactivity: Human PMIDs: Leucocyte Typing IV, (1989), Leucocyte Typing V, (1995), 1690714 CD74 is expressed primarily by antigen presenting cells such as B lymphocytes , macrophages and monocytes together, with many epithelial cells.
	Anti-Follicular Dendritic Cells [BU58] Applications: IHC Reactivity: Human PMID: 3524917 Follicular dendritic cells (FDC), described as embryonic non-phagocytic reticulum cells are found exclusively in B cell-rich follicles of peripheral lymphoid tissue.
	Anti-Germinal Centre macrophages [BU83] Applications: IHC Reactivity: Human  Macrophages are a type of white blood cell which through a process called phagocytosis engulfs and digests cellular debris, foreign substances, microbes, cancer cells.
	Anti-MHC I [BU101] Applications: IHC Reactivity: Human  PMIDs: 25019613, 16378996 MHC Class I is a heterodimeric protein, consisting of a heavy and light chain. Class I molecules are expressed by most haematopoietic cells and play a central role in the immune response.
	Anti-MHC II [BU21], [BU24], [BU25], [BU26] & [BU27] Applications: FACS IHC WB Reactivity: Human  PMIDs: 7940692, 8218632, 2164902, 9746762, 9536093 Human Leukocyte Antigens are highly polymorphic proteins that are involved in the presentation of antigens to the T-cell receptor. There are two classes of HLA antigens, class I (HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-C) and class II (HLA-D).
