| Catalogue Number | 151647 |
| Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets | ATF2 |
| Relevance | Conditional knockout of ATF2 DNA binding domain. Transcription factor (BZIP-type, AP1-family) |
| Production Details | Atf2 genomic sequences were isolated by screening a 129/ola mouse cosmid library, cloned into pPGKneobpAlox2PGKDlacZ-pA-neo-loxP, transfected into 129/ola embryonic stem cells and selected for G418 resistance. Transgenic animals were produced by blastocyst injection and offspring mice were backcrossed at least six times with C57 Bl/6 mice to produce isogenic lines. |
| Conditional | Yes |
| Growth/Phenotype Keywords | Homozygous normal phenotype |
| Mouse Genetic Background/Cross History | C57 Bl/6 |
| Zygosity | Homozygous |
| Research Area | Cell Cycle, Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction, Developmental Biology, Epigenetics & Nuclear Signalling, Genetic Studies Tools, Immunology |
