Anti-Phospho D-TACC, Polyclonal [MA8]

Invented at University of Cambridge

Info

Catalogue Number 151800
Applications IF WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Phospho drosophila transforming acidic coiled coil (TACC)
Reactivity Drosophila
Relevance Transforming acidic coiled coil (TACC) proteins stabilize MTs during mitosis by recruiting Minispindles (Msps)/XMAP215 proteins to centrosomes. Drosophila melanogaster TACC (D-TACC) is phosphorylated on Ser863 exclusively at centrosomes during mitosis in an Aurora A–dependent manner.
Host Rabbit
Immunogen Synthetic peptide sequence
Positive Control Drosophila Embryos
Research Area Cell Cycle
