| Relevance | This mouse line originates from an ES cell clone (clone id HEPD0757_5_B12) produced by either the KOMP-CSD or EUCOMM programmes. For further details on the construction of this clone see the link to the IKMC via the IMPC portal. Removal of the targeting cassette using a site-specific Flp recombinase is required to convert the targeted into a conditional allele (tm1c). Removal of the critical exons (flanked by loxP sites) by cre expression would result in the production of the knockout reporter (tm1b) allele. |
