Anti-CD72, Recombinant [BU40]

Invented at University Of Birmingham

Info

Catalogue Number 153264
Applications FACS IHC IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets CD72
Synonyms CD72 Molecule; CD72 Antigen; Lyb-2; CD72b; LYB2
Reactivity Human
Relevance CD72, a member of the C-type lectin superfamily, is a 45 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein. It is expressed from the pro-B through to the mature B cell stage but absent in terminally differntiated plasma cells. Ligation of CD72 enhances B cell growth and proliferation.
Host Mouse
Immunogen HF B1 plasmacytoid cell line. Considered to be “late B like”.
Subclass IgG2a
Formulation PBS
Concentration 1mgml-1
Research Area Immunology
Notes Recombinant monoclonal antibody produced from the original monoclonal cell line. Manufactured using Absolute Antibody’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma.

Six products based on this clone:
- Anti-CD72 [BU40], Mouse IgG2a, Kappa
- Anti-CD72 [BU40], Mouse IgG2a, Kappa, engineered Fc domain containing key point mutations that abrogate binding to Fc gamma receptors
- Anti-CD72 [BU40], Rabbit IgG, Kappa
- Anti-CD72 [BU40], Human IgG4-S228P, Kappa
- Anti-CD72 [BU40], Human IgG1, Kappa
- Anti-CD72 [BU40], Human IgG1, Kappa, engineered Fc domain containing key point mutations that abrogate binding to Fc gamma receptors
