| Relevance | The antibody reacts mainly with high molecular weight (190-220kDa) form of leukocyte common antigen. Labels all B lymphocytes and 50% of bone marrow cells and 2% of thymocytes. The antibody is directed against CD8+ve T, NK and 75% of CD4+ve cells. Same distribution as OX-32: antibodies do not compete. |
