FORM: Whole Serum, Lyophilised SPECIFICITY: Confirmed by immunohistochemical analysis of human brain. Specific detection in neurons and glial cells. IMMUNO-HISTOCHEMISTRY: Use at 1:1000 dilution. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. STORAGE: Long term - 70ºC dry Short term - 20ºC solution or 4ºC with appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Glycerol (1:1) can be added for additional stability. PRODUCT PREPARATION: Reconstitute with addition of 100 µl of sterile water. |
