FORM: Whole Serum, Lyophilised SPECIFICITY: Specific for DLX3. Confirmed by Immunohistochemical and Western Blot analysis of normal term and first trimester human placenta. IMMUNO-HISTOCHEMISTRY: Use at 1:500 to 1:2000 dilution. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. STORAGE: Long term - 70ºC dry Short term - 20ºC solution or 4ºC with appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Glycerol (1:1) can be added for additional stability. PRODUCT PREPARATION: Reconstitute with addition of 100 µl of sterile water. KNOWN USES: ELISA, Western Blot (1:100) and Immunohistochemistry (1:1000). |
