FORM: Whole Serum, Lyophilised SPECIFICITY: Specific for DLX4. Confirmed by Immunohistochemical analysis of normal term and first trimester human placenta and Western Blot analysis using JEG-3 Cells. IMMUNO-HISTOCHEMISTRY: Use at 1:500 to 1:2000 dilution. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. STORAGE: Long term - 70ºC dry Short term - 20ºC solution or 4ºC with appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Glycerol (1:1) can be added for additional stability. PRODUCT PREPARATION: Reconstitute with addition of 50 µl of sterile water. KNOWN USES: ELISA (1:500 to 1:12,000), Immunohistochemistry (1:1000 to 1:1500), Western Blot (1:100) |
