Notes |
FORM: Whole serum, Lyophilised SPECIFICITY: Specific for CRYAA1. Confirmed by Immunohistochemical analysis of Paraffin Embedded Human Lens Epithelium and Western Blot analysis of Human, Rat and Mouse Lens Protein. IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY: Use at 1:1600 dilution for DAB Staining on Paraffin Embedded Sections and 1:1000 for Western Blotting. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. STORAGE: Long term - 70ºC dry Short term - 20ºC solution or 4ºC with appropriate antibacterial agent. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Glycerol (1:1) can be added for additional stability. PRODUCT PREPARATION: Reconstitute with addition of 50 µl of sterile water. KNOWN USES: ELISA (1:100 to 1:10,000), Immunohistochemistry (1:1000 -1:2000), Western Blot (1:1000) |
