Figure 1: Western blot of purified RBD Rabbit-FC. 1) positive control 2) crude plant extract 3) crude after filtration 4) column flow throw 5) 1 µg purified 6) 2 µg purified 7) MW ladder. Expression of RBD rabbit-FC is observed as a strong band at 99 kDa (red box). The protein runs at a higher molecular weight due to glycosylation. A possible dimer of RBD rabbit-FC is observed at approximately 200 kDa. The band at 35 kDa is predicted to be the cleaved rabbit-FC. The band at approximately 65 kDa is predicted to be a dimer of cleaved rabbit-FC.
